Daniel Burton

I got Daniel acquitted with an entrapment defense several years ago.  As we walked Pressman's Home taking photographs in preparation for his trial, Daniel told me that the problem with most all lawyers is that "they're afraid to get out from behind their desks to work their cases."  Absolutely right.

Rest in peace, Danny.

Hegel

Discussion of the minimal of three moves required of the dialectic.  I think that it only requires two for the third to emerge sua sponte.

Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds

This is an important film, thanks to the hard work of director, Daniel Schmidt.  It should appeal to everyone, regardless of your hemispherical wiring.

Oskar Groening - A Member of Hitler's SS - Admits the Holocaust was Real

To all the holocaust deniers: Oskar Groning, a former member of Hitler's SS at Auschwitz, admitted, completely against his own interest, that the holocaust was real.  He was found guilty of taking part in 300,000 murders of Jewish men, women, and children.  In Law, statements against the interests of the declarant are given great weight because the declarant has nothing to benefit and much to lose as the result of these statements.

See if for yourselves in The Accountant of Auschwitz, now available on NETFLIX.
